~ Where the Town Becomes the Festival ~

Telluride’s RIDE Festival has unleashed an impressive after-hours lineup for those who like to rock late into the late hours of the night, including performances by Jackie GreenThe Marcus King BandRose Hill Drive, Temperance Movement and Austin’s songstress Carolyn Wonderland, among others. With performances in historic venues and funky taverns, the NightRIDE schedule allows festival goers to experience the magic of Telluride with a “bar-hopping” kind of fun that only a small town can provide.

There’s something magical about Telluride. Celebrated for its rugged ski terrain, magnificent mountains & waterfalls and a Tolkienesque panoramic view, the tiny historic mining town-turned-tourist-hot-spot is one of Colorado’s most unique getaways. Known to celebrities and music aficionados alike, the annual RIDE Festival draws nearly 9,000 people to the picturesque Town Park to experience A-list performers in an intimate setting unlike any other.

With the announcement of 2017 after-hours events, music fans will have the opportunity to indulge in a genuine Telluride experience. With showcase performances in the historic Sheridan Opera House, intimate taverns, and restored saloons, festival-goers can “bar-hop” between scheduled events, which are all-inclusive with a weekend festival pass.

For a festival goer, there is nothing more magical than a total-town-takeover on this scale. Strangers become acquainted, and lifelong friendships are forged in the halls of some of Colorado’s oldest establishments.

The RIDE Festival is a destination event featuring two days of music on the Main Stage, kid-friendly festival programming, and four nights of intimate live music, all nestled amidst majestic 13,000 foot peaks.  RIDE Festival attendees visit not only for the music, but also for the hiking, fishing, rafting, biking and overall experience of being outside in the glory of July in Colorado. Ticket holders have the option to rent a traditional ski lodge, condo or townhome during their stay in one of the beautiful camping spots located adjacent to the festival grounds. Limited housing is available for the annual event and fans are encouraged to secure housing early.
